You should not give jewelry to your hogs. They cannot wear your baubles and beads. That’s not to say that they won’t seem interested in your finery. But beware, as you make offering through the fence, the snorting, sniffing, and stretching is not what it appears to be.
To pigs, the finer things in life are food scraps and slop, snout-routing in the leaves and branches, and lounging in cool mud puddles. They are happy to build straw nests and lay nursing a dozen piggies for half a day. In the end, realize that pigs simply are not able to appreciate human pleasures. So, keep your pearls out of the hog pen, or your gems will end up ruined in the mud.
Cheers,
Gus
